A Letter to us from an appreciative guest:
"Are you trying to decide whether or not to go to We Care? Are you afraid of fasting? Concerned about colonics? Overwhelmed by the cost? Don't be. The time I spent at We Care Spa was seven of the best days of my life. And I've had a pretty good (and not all that short!) life.
I went to We Care because I was exhausted, overwhelmed, sick, and had tried everything else: Weight Watchers, Pritikin, Macrobiotics, Atkins, Four Seasons Hotels, every cleanse known to mankind, monthly, week and/or daily colonics, The Best Doctors, acupuncture, acupressure, not speaking to my Mother, speaking daily to my mother, therapy, hypnotherapy, personal trainers, nutritionists, yoga, Pilates - the list is endless.
But at We Care I felt noticeably better in less than 24 hours!
Am I completely cured of my various maladies? Not yet. Am I well on my way? Yup. 'Cuz now I know what I was doing wrong. (Everything.)
'Course I did everything they told me to do from the second I got there. EVERYTHING. I mean, if I was gonna spend that kinda money, I was gonna do it right. So I did the pre-fast as recommended (which wasn't a party, but was totally doable), and upon my arrival I drank everything they told me to drink when they told me to drink it, walked in the desert, took all the supplements, alkalinized, perspired, saunaed, bathed, meditated, breathed, jumped on the trampoline and had a colonic everyday.
But it was painless. I wasn't hungry. I wasn't scared. I wasn't nauseous. I wasn't bored. I wasn't overwhelmed. I wasn't overworked. I wasn't irritated. I wasn't intimidated. I was completely blissed out from the moment I got there.
It was truly miraculous.
The administrative staff at We Care are all either the nicest, most well-adjusted people on the planet, or they're very good actors, because I have never felt so taken care of in my life. And not like how you feel taken care of at a fabulous hotel with the obsequious maitre d's and everybody yessing you all over the place for a tip. These people - somehow - really and truly cared about my well-being more than anything else in the world. But I truly believed their first thought was about my health and growth. Wow.
The professional staff -- the therapists - were - to a one - the best I've ever experienced (and I've been awfully fortunate in the past in that I've been treated by some exceptional practitioners. Those at We Care were equal or far superior to their competition).
Then there's Susana, the owner of We Care. See, to me? It all comes back to Susana. Susana is just an unbelievable human being. ALL that Susana cares about is that we all learn how to take care of ourselves so that we don't get horrible diseases, and die slow, dreadful deaths. All this woman wants is to communicate everything she knows to all of us so that we can live and be happy and healthy and free. She wants to give us our power back. And for me? She succeeded.
Is it expensive? Yah, you betcha. More expensive than cancer? Not by a long shot.
So do yourself a favor. Go. Get well. And stay that way. We'll see you there."
